适用范围
本标准适用于对管形荧光灯镇流器热保护器作出评价。本标准适用于镇流器保护器的固有安全、适用于与设备安全有关的操作值、操作时间和操作程序，适用于防止管形荧光灯镇流器过热的热保护器的试验。本标准适用于GB 2313《管形荧光灯镇流器一般要求和安全要求》范围内的镇流器热保护器。本标准不适用于保护镇流器的其他装置。本标准不适用于断开电路的手动装置。本标准适用使用在频率50Hz或60Hz，交流电压600V及600V以下的电源中的镇流器的保护器。本标准未规定与保护器在设备中的安装方法有关的保护器自动动作的响应值。如果该响应值对保护使用者和周围环境安全有意义，那么在相应的设备标准中所规定的响应值或由制造厂确定的响应值在本标准中适用。
