【摘要】:Thesetestmethodscovertwobridgetechniquesformeasuringtheenergyandintegratedchargeofpulseandpseudoglowpartialdischarges:TestMethodAmakesuseofcapacitanceandlosscharacteristicssuchasmeasuredbythetransformerratio-armbridgeorthehigh-voltageScheringbridge(TestMethodsD150).TestMethodAcanbeusedtoobtaintheintegratedchargetransferandenergylossduetopartialdischargesinadielectricfromthemeasuredincreaseincapacitanceandtanwithvoltage.(SeealsoIEEE286andIEEE1434)TestMethodBmakesuseofasomewhatdifferentbridgecircuit,identifiedasacharge-voltage-trace(parallelogram)technique,whichindicatesdirectlyonanoscilloscopetheintegratedchargetransferandthemagnitudeoftheenergylossduetopartialdischarges.Bothtestmethodsareintendedtosupplementthemeasurementanddetectionofpulse-typepartialdischargesascoveredbyTestMethodD1868,bymeasuringthesumofbothpulseandpseudoglowdischargespercycleintermsoftheirchargeandenergy.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecificprecautionstatementsaregiveninSection7.
