【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiestheprinciplesfortheimplementationofasystemofcathodicprotectionagainstcorrosiveattacksonburiedmetaltanksandassociatedpiping.Thisdocumentspecifiesconditionsandparameterstobemetinordertoachievecathodicprotection,aswellasrulesandproceduresforthedesign,installation,commissioningandmaintenancefortheprotectionofburiedmetaltanksandassociatedpiping.Thisdocumentisapplicabletotheexternalsurfacesofburiedmetallictanksandassociatedburiedpiping.NOTETheprotectionofinternalsurfacesiscoveredbyEN12499.Thisdocumentisapplicabletoburiedtanksandassociatedpiping,eveniftheyareearthedbytheirownlocalearthingdevice,whichareelectricallyseparatedfromanygeneralearthingsystemsandotherburiedstructures.Thereforetankswhicharecoveredbythepresentdocumentinclude:—industrialstoragetanks,irrespectiveoftheirdimensionsandthenatureofthestoredmedium(liquidorgas,flammableornot,toxicornon-toxic,pollutingornot);—tanksusedatpetrolstationsandondomesticorcommercialpremises,whichcontainflammableliquidsorgasesorpollutingsubstances.Thisdocumentisnotapplicableto:—above-groundstoragetankfloorsincontactwiththeground;—reinforcedconcretecontainers;—buriedstoragetanksthatareelectricallyconnectedtothewholeorapartofanindustrialcomplex;—buriedstoragetankselectricallyconnectedtoanygeneralearthingsystems.NOTECathodicprotectionofthelasttwotypesoftanksiscoveredbyprEN14505.MeasurementtechniquesaredescribedindetailinEN13509.
