【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesbasicrequirementsforantistaticandnon-antistaticbreathingtubesandbreathingtubingsuppliedtobecuttolength,intendedforusewithanaestheticapparatusandventilators,humidifiersandnebulizers.ItalsoappliestobreathingtubesandY-piecessuppliedalreadyassembledandtothosesuppliedascomponentsandassembledinaccordancewiththemanufacturers'instructions.Provisionismadeforbreathingtubeshavingendsincorporatingadaptorswithconicalconnectors(assembledends)orwithplainends(eithercylindricalortapered).Breathingtubesforspecialpurposes,suchasthoseusedwithventilatorshavingspecialcompliancerequirementsandcoaxiallumentubes,areoutsidethescopeofthisInternationalStandard.
