【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60695specifiesthedetailsoftheglow-wiretesttobeappliedtotestspecimensofsolidelectricalinsulatingmaterialsorothersolidmaterialsforflammabilitytestingtodeterminetheglow-wireflammabilityindex(GWFI).Thetestresultsmakeitpossibletoprovidearelativecomparisonofvariousmaterialsaccordingtotheirabilitytoextinguishflamesonremovaloftheelectricallyheatedglow-wireandtheirabilitynottoproduceflamingorglowingparticlescapableofspreadingfiretoaspecifiedlayerofwrappingtissueplacedbelow.Thetestmethodisnotvalidfordeterminingtheflammabilityofcompleteitemsofequipment,sincethedimensionsoftheinsulatingsystemsorcombustibleparts,thedesignandheattransfertoadjacentmetallicornon-metallicparts,etc.,greatlyinfluencetheflammabilityofthematerialsusedtherein.Inadditiontothis,itisnotvalidfordeterminingfirebehaviourandfirehazardofequipment.Oneoftheresponsibilitiesofatechnicalcommitteeis,whereverapplicable,tomakeuseofbasicsafetypublicationsinthepreparationofitspublications.

【摘要】:CFMEsareusedtomeasureskidresistanceonrunways,roads,andvariousothertraffickedsurfaces.Thesetestsmaycompriseoperationaltesting,performedtoobtainanimmediateassessmentofskidresistanceincurrentconditionsorroutinetestinginstandardizedconditionswhichincludetheapplicationofapreciseamountofwaterinfrontofthetesttire.Standardtestspeedsandnominalwaterfilmthicknessesareaccordingtonationalorinternationalagencystandards,thetypeofCFME,andthetestapplication.SomeexamplesoftypicalapplicationsaregiveninAppendixX1.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthemeasurementoftheskidresistanceofapavementorothertraffickedsurfaceusingthecontinuousreading,fixed-sliptechnique.1.2Thistestmethodcoversbrakedwheelmeasurementsobtainedwithlessthan100%slip.Itdoesnotcoversideforcemeasurements.1.3Thistestmethodprovidesarecordoftheskidresistancealongthewholelengthofonetrackofthetestsurfaceandenablesaveragestobeobtainedforspecifiedtestsegments.1.4Thistestmethodisusedtomeasureskidresistanceonawidevarietyofsurfacesinawidevarietyofcircumstances.Consequently,therearemanydifferentdesignsofcontinuousreading,fixed-slipmeasuringequipment(CFME)andasmanydifferenttestproceduresgoverningtheiruse.1.5Thistestmethoddoesnotattempttodetailthesedifferentequipmentsandproceduresbutdoessetouttheessentialcommonprinciples.1.6CFMEsfunctionbycreatingandmeasuringafrictionalforcebetweenatesttireoperatingataselectedslipandthetestsurface.DifferenttypesofCFMEdonotnecessarilycreatethesamefrictionalforcebetweentheirparticulartesttireandacommontestsurfaceanddonotnecessarilyusethesamemethodtomeasurethisfrictionalforce.1.7CFMEmeasurementsareobtainedataselectedsteadytestspeed.Thisspeedmayvaryaccordingtotheapplication.1.8Thetestsurfacemaybecontaminatedorcleananddry.Ifitiscleananddry,ameasuredamountofwaterisnormallydepositedonthesurfacejustinfrontofthetestwheel.1.9Themeasuringapparatusmaybebuiltintoavehicle,builtintoatrailerthatistowedbyavehicle,orbuiltintoadevicethatismanuallypushed.1.10ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandardmayinvolvehazardousmaterials,operations,andequipment.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SafetyprecautionaryinformationiscontainedinSection7.
