【摘要】:ThispartofEN1555specifiesthecharacteristicsoffusionfittingsmadefrompolyethylene(PE)aswellasofmechanicalfittingsmadefromPEandothermaterialsforpipingsystemsinthefieldofthesupplyofgaseousfuels.Italsospecifiesthetestparametersforthetestmethodsreferredtointhisstandard.InconjunctionwiththeotherpartsofEN1555(seeForeword),itisapplicabletoPEfittings,theirjointsandtojointswithcomponentsofPEandothermaterialsintendedtobeusedunderthefollowingconditions:a)amaximumoperatingpressure,MOP,uptoandincluding10bar;b)anoperatingtemperatureof20℃asreferencetemperature.NOTE1Forotheroperatingtemperatures,deratingcoefficientsshouldbeused,seeEN1555-5.EN1555coversarangeofmaximumoperatingpressuresandgivesrequirementsconcerningcoloursandadditives.NOTE2Itistheresponsibilityofthepurchaserorspecifiertomaketheappropriateselectionsfromtheseaspects,takingintoaccounttheirparticularrequirementsandanyrelevantnationalregulationsandinstallationpracticesorcodes.Thisstandardisapplicableforfittingsofthefollowingtypes:a)electrofusionsocketfittings;b)electrofusionsaddlefittings;c)spigotendfittings(forbuttfusionusingheatedtoolsandelectrofusionsocketfusion);d)mechanicalfittings.Thefittingscane.g.beintheformofcouplers,equalandreducedtees,reducers,bendsorcaps.note:1)1bar=0,1MPa
