【摘要】:ThepurposeofthisCodeistoestabishproceduresforconductingperformanceteststodetermine:Gassideefficiency;Airleakage;Otherrelatedoperatingcharacteristicssuchas:X-Ratio;Gasandairpressureloss;Gasandairtemperature;Adeterminationofanyoralloftheperformanceitemsspecifiedabovemaybenecessaryfor:Checkingtheactualperformanceagainstthemanufacturer'sguarantee;Comparingtheseitemswithastandardofoperation;Comparingperformancewhenfiringdifferentfuels;Determiningtheeffectofchangestoequipment;Determiningcorrectionstoairheaterexitgastemperaturecausedbyvariationsininletairtemperatureinanefficiencytestofasteamgenerator.Obtaininganyotherpertinentinformationrequired.ThisCodeappliesspecificallytotheregenerativeandtubulartypeairheaters.Italsoappliestoanycombustiongas-to-airheatexchangersusedinconjunctionwithasteamgenerator.ForthepurposeofthisCode,theairheaterisdefinedasaheatexchangerusedtotransferheatfromgasesofcombustiontocombustionairwithouttheuseofanintermediateheattransferfluid.Specificallyexcludedarethesupplementarysteamcoilairheater,directfiredairheaterandlowtemperatureeconomizer.However,aseparatelowtemperatureairheaterwouldbeconsideredpartoftheairheaterinstallation.Iftheinstallationconsistsofmorethanoneairheaterinparallel,allairheatersareincludedasaunit.However,iftheairheatersareinseriesandhaveotherapparatusinbetween,theneachairheater,oreachgroupofparallelairheaters,shallbetestedindividually.
